CEMETERY
"I am the resurrection and the life…"

Prince of Peace Cemetery, offers individual burial lots and family lots in a dignified, peaceful and quiet surrounding. It is conveniently located just outside of La Crescent on County Highway 6.
All graves and lots purchased are kept in perpetual care with a fully funded Perpetual Care Trust Fund. Income from this fund is used for the maintenance of the cemetery grounds, roads and buildings. Traditional monuments and lawn level memorials are permitted on designated areas within our cemetery.
Columbarium
Ashes to Ashes: Human ashes are often called cremains. In or Prince of Peace Lutheran columbarium, cremains are placed directly into a special structure which holds the ashes of departed loved ones. The site is a place of beauty and dignity where family and friends can visit and meditate most any time.
Winter Accessibility
In winter, wreaths and evergreens grave blankets are permitted on the lots. The roads within the cemetery grounds are kept clear of ice and snow for the safety and convenience of our visitors. The cemetery grounds are accessible seven days a week from sun up to sun down.
